How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us from the Account page in the Service or by replying to your Stripe receipt email, and we will process the refund on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page in the Service or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
